酒店式公寓 首先酒店位置不是特別好 不在cbd 大廳設計的不錯 服務特別特別好 很熱情 但是明顯人手不夠 只有一個人管前台和客房服務 房間很大 一房一廳一陽台一廚房一廁所 有洗衣機烘乾機 但是設施特別的老舊 很臟很破 房間有一股很不舒服的味道 wifi特別特別特別慢 床品也不好 睡著不舒服 總之不推薦大家住這家

房間很大，有露台，視野瞭闊。廚房設備齊全，亦設有洗衣和乾衣機；浴室正如所料，須自備嗽口用品，拖鞋亦不會提供。晚上附近店鋪較少，在旁邊的地鐵站有一便利店，但不是長期開放。大約十分鐘步程有超市營業至閱上十二時。

Very conveniently situated beside a train station and tramt stop with abundant shopping and dining. A short walk away. My apartment clearly had not been clean thoroughly with food left in the fridge from a previous guest and bed sheets were not tucked in properly. Apartment looked dark and gloomy due to the colors of the carpet and Furniture with numerous scuff marks on the white walls. Maintenance needs some serious attention.

ロケーションは駅から近いのでとても便利でした。線路がすぐそばでしたが、騒音は気になりませんでした。 サービスは、チェックインした際にサービス內容の、紙をもらった內容通りに掃除に來てくれなかった。 シャワールームは、埃があってあまり気持ち良いものではなかった。 窓はカーテンではなく、ロールカーテンだったふので中が外から丸見えでした。 アメニティは、歯ブラシとスリッパがなかったです。食器を洗う洗剤がなかったので電話をしたら、ロビーまで撮りに來るように言われた。お風呂上がりで寢巻きだったので翌朝取りに行った。

Very centrally located. Just beside the train station and with trams at the doorstep, as well as countless restaurants and shops within a short walk. Stayed two nights in a one-bedroom apartment which was cosy and comfortable, although cleanliness/maintenance was a concern: * Food left by previous guest still in fridge * Inside of microwave dirty (crumbs) * TV remote in bedroom missing a battery Beware that "queen bed" is actually 2 single beds pushed together, not suitable/comfortable for couples. Noise insulation also poor, could hear guests in neighboring apartments, not to mention slamming doors at all hours. On-site parking expensive at $35 per night, although this is probably standard for Melbourne. Reasonable value for the price paid, but cleanliness needs a major improvement.
